NP/PA - Urgent Care Locums

Setting: Walk In/Urgent Care with Primary Care available

Duties: 72 hours of Face to Face coverage per pay period as sole provider

Days per month: 14-16

Required Procedures: Routine 

EMR: Allscripts/Altera/AEHR

Support Staff: Clinic shifts are 1 provider, 1 nurse, 1 front office

Reason for Coverage: Maternity Leave coverage

Requirements:

  Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA) - REQUIRED

  Active MN License - REQUIRED

  BLS, DEA - REQUIRED

  Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED

  COVID Vaccinated - REQUIRED
