Responsibilities:

Promoting and Selling NRG electricity services and products to new customers within a built-in store inside of WalMart

Assist existing customers with current electricity plans

Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis

Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance

Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggests products to fit those needs

Help customers make selections by providing information on products and services

$10 per hour + uncapped commission

Prime retail store hours

High School Diploma or GED required

Prior sales, retail, or marketing experience preferred but not required

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment

Ability to work retail hours

Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
