Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as directed by physicians.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively, ensuring high-quality images.
• Assist in the interpretation of results and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures, patient histories, and dosage information.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in the handling and disposal of radioactive materials.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or equivalent.
• Valid state license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine principles, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

• Must reside more than 100 miles from Beloit, WI to be eligible for submission. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Variable start time options: 0600, 0700, or 0800.
• Call required every third weekend.
