We are seeking a professional and caring LPN or R.N. to join our team and deliver care and create meaningful relationships with our residents. LPN $49,920 - $56,160

RN $62,400 - $68,640

LPN or R.N. - Hours:

3 days per week needed, shifts will be 6am-7pm, with every 4th weekend needed. Will also be responsible for being on call one week out of the month.

Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proof of graduation from an accredited nursing school with an Ohio LPN/R.N. License.

valid driver's license - good driving record required.

Full-Time – Employees are eligible for the following:
