Nurse Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead and oversee clinical operations within our home care agency. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and support to nursing and caregiving staff. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Providing clinical oversight for all nursing and home care services


• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff


• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensure requirements, and agency policies


• Review and approve care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation


• Support staff onboarding, training, and competency evaluations


• Address clinical concerns, incidents, and quality improvement initiatives


• Collaborate with administration, intake, and scheduling teams

Qualifications: 

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida


• Minimum of 2-5 years of nursing experience (home care or home health preferred)


• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred


• Strong knowledge of home care standards, compliance, and documentation


• Excellent communication 


• Work Environment: 


• Combination of office and field responsibilities 


• Local travel required


• Full-time position; on-call responsibilities are required
