      - General, GYN, ENT, Vascular, Robotic
      - Urology, Ortho, Plastics, Neuro, GI
      - IR, Endo, EP, MRI, Ophthalmology, Dental
• No. of OR: 20; 4 Minor Procedure Rooms
• Trauma Level: I
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
      - Traditional ACT model.
      - Supervision, either 1:2 or 1:3 collab group of MD, DO, CRNA, CAA and residents.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active VT License
• BC
• BLS, PALS, ACLS
