- Supervisory Model with an Anesthesiologist supervising up to 4 CRNAs

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active CO License

• BC

• ACLS, BLS

• Min of 2 yrs experience

• Willing to cover 6-8 shifts/month

• Clean Record
