Mon – Thu, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Three consecutive 12-hour overnight shifts. Provider may select 3 nights between Monday–Thursday) OR
Day Shift + Overnight Call: 8-hour day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Home call: 3:00 PM–7:00 AM
On-Call Shift Schedule: 6 overnight call shifts per 2-week period, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Call Type: Home Call

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics: Neonates (OB), Adults, Geriatrics
Patient Volume/Census: 10-15
Case Mix: OB, General Surgery

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR System: Epic

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

General Anesthesia
Epidural Anesthesia
OB Anesthesia

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active NY license
Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or RQI)
Other Qualifications: Epic experience required; comfortable in rural/critical access setting

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide general anesthesia for inpatient surgical procedures.
Administer epidural anesthesia for OB patients.
Perform pre-operative evaluations and schedule surgeries.
Provide overnight call coverage as needed.
May supervise CRNAs and other staff.
