Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - CRNAJob Type: Permanent / Direct HireSetting: HospitalLocation: Midland, MISchedule: Full-time, flexible schedulePay: $200,000-$240,000 based on experience, plus full benefits package to include generous relocation package and potential sign-on bonus

The CRNA is primarily responsible for the following duties:-Provide IV sedation and/or monitored anesthesia care and/or administers general, regional or local anesthesia for a variety of surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic or therapeutic procedures-Monitor patients accurately and performs Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), ventilation or life support measures during emergencies throughout the Medical Center-Manage the patients’ physiological condition while under anesthesia and initiates corrective actions as necessary or as directed by a physician.-Collaborate with a physician to develop an anesthesia care plan; assist with other departmental or professional duties as requested by the Manager of Anesthesiology

REQUIREMENTS:-Board Certified NBCRNA, license in Michigan required (will also consider candidate in the process of completing final course work and waiting to take State Boards)-Procedure Experience: Adult and pediatric venipuncture, Arterial line insertion, Medication calculation and effects, Sterile technique, Airway maintenance, Administration and management of regional anesthetics - required-BLS, ACLS required, PALS preferred-At least 3 years of experience in CRNA role – preferred
