This position is responsible for assessing, treating, and educating patients on wound management, while coordinating care between clinic-based and community-based services. Work Environment:
This role involves both in-office and field-based work. Must be comfortable providing care in non-traditional settings, including outreach sites. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to meet client or community needs.
