We are currently hiring a

Nurse Educator,

to work in our

Catholic Charities Disabilities Services

agency .

As the

Nurse Educator,

you would be responsible for:

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the AMAP Medication Certification class to be held monthly. This includes observing the staff complete their medication pours observations for medication administration certification
Responsible for the planning and implementation of other educational programs and trainings for clinical and non-clinical staff
Responsible for maintaining a small residential caseload
Adheres to all guidelines and regulations set forth by the agency’s business plan(s) and/or other oversight entities such as, but not limited to; OPWDD, CDC, DOH.

Minimum Salary: $73,944

Maximum Salary: $73,944
Nurse Educator

Schedule: M-F, 8:30am - 5:00pm

*some flexibility with hours*

Qualifications:
Valid NYS Driver’s License
Associate Degree in Nursing
A current New York State Registered Professional Nurse License
3-5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
