This position is primarily M-F 8a-4:30p, with one weekend a month of on-call coverage for the nursing department.

• Primary responsibilities of this RN Manager position include Infection control preventionist, Oversight of the Restorative Nursing program, and Education in the SNF.
• Working with the Director of Nursing to assist with audits, regulatory concerns, state surveys and other areas that need addressed.
• In the event of staffing needs, could assist with covering charge nurse or medication pass.
• Assists with new hire and annual competencies, participates in monthly and quarterly QAPI meetings.

• Two (2) years of Geriatric Nursing and experience in supervision of others
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
• Current CPR Certification
• Prefer Infection Preventionist Certification but willing to assist with obtaining the certification
