Description of the role:

Join our team at University Home Care as a Nurse in our Home Care East Side division. As a Nurse, you must know kinner and you will be responsible for providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients in their homes on the East Side of Livonia, MI.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans


• Administering medications and treatments


• Monitoring patient health and progress


• Communicating with patients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan


• Previous experience in home care preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
