Fenway Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the clinical nursing operations at our Fenway:1340 site. This leadership role is responsible for supervising RNs and Lead LPNs, ensuring high-quality care, managing infection control efforts, and contributing to the overall success of our patient-centered medical home model.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Staff Management
Supervise and support RNs and Lead LPNs at Fenway:1340.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Facilitate regular staff meetings and develop team goals, protocols, and procedures.
Identify operational issues and implement solutions in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Site Medical Director.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in budget planning and monitoring.
Clinical Oversight & Patient Care
Ensure high standards of care in clinical services and maintain compliance with relevant health regulations.
Oversee vaccination and STD clinic operations.
Supervise the maintenance of medication rooms and supply areas.
Serve as Team Nurse for a panel of patients, providing transitional and high-risk patient care in coordination with the Care Manager.
Infection Control
Lead infection control efforts at Fenway:1340 in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Lead LPNs.
Coordinate programs related to airborne pathogens, disinfection routines, employee health, and hazardous waste disposal.
Train staff on infection control protocols and monitor for safety compliance.
Report infectious diseases to public health departments as required.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
Communicate effectively with department leaders to support clinical operations
Develop, review, and implement departmental policies and procedures.
Attend required meetings, including Staff, Medical Management, PCMH, and Environment of Care meetings.
Requirements
MA Registered Nurse (RN)
Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Five years of primary care experience as a RN is preferred
Three years of nurse management experience is preferred
