Position Overview

As Nurse Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team in a 130-bed facility featuring specialized units including behavioral health and memory care. This role combines clinical excellence with strategic leadership, offering a salary range of $90,000-$105,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for nursing operations across multiple specialized units
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Develop and mentor clinical staff teams
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care
• Oversee implementation of specialized programs including Memory Care and Life Enrichment
• Maintain compliance with DOH requirements and quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• Current NYS RN License
• Graduate of accredited RN program
• Minimum 2 years recent management experience in Long Term Care
• Special Needs Unit experience preferred
• Strong computer literacy including EMR systems
• Excellence in team leadership and communication
