Position Overview

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll lead a dedicated healthcare team while overseeing daily operations of our Special Needs Unit. This full-time leadership position reports to the Director of Nursing and offers a competitive salary range of $90,000-$105,000.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure compliance with DOH requirements and quality measures
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient care outcomes
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Foster team development and maintain positive work culture
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
• Oversee patient care planning and documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license
• Graduate of accredited RN program
• Minimum 2 years recent management experience in LTC facility
• Special Needs Unit experience preferred
• Strong clinical and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in healthcare technology and Microsoft Office
