This role is split between two sister sites: Quakertown (Mens' Ward) and Lehigh Valley/Catasauqua (Women's Ward). The Nurse Manager will operate primarily out of whichever of the two facilities is closer to them, but will be expected to be able to commute to either location as necessary.
Deliverables/Principal

Results Expected:
• Identify and assume responsibility for high risk clients.
• Ensure bed-board is accurate and up to date. Communicate with admissions any pertinent information. Assist in prior authorization.
• Providing sample meds, coordination with pharmacy to ensure client needs are being met in a cost effective manner.
• Ensure labs are being addressed, review and sign lab-work, obtaining and transcribing of physician orders.
• Ensure HCG results are obtained after beginning any meds.
• Complete monthly unit meetings, risk management, attend treatment team.
• Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience:
Current RN license in PA.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Substance Use Treatment or Mental Health preferred.
