Assists Director in supervising and directing nursing care and all related activities of the service. Build and develops the patient care team using staff personnel, assistance to physicians, material and equipment, education of personnel and administrative duties. Preferred experience: Minimum of four years hospital experience in pertinent clinical specialty (inpatient or outpatient behavioral health only) and 2-3 years in leadership/management/charge role preferred. ▪ Type of degree: Nursing ▪ Area of study or major: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing ▪ ▪ ▪ AVADE certification required within 1st 90 days in position. Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: See below ▪ Require continuing education in leadership as evidenced by attending leadership management topics. Excellent clinical, time management, communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills required. Proven skill in leadership, care management, and performance improvement required. ▪ Valid Nursing License in the State of Ohio ▪ Current CPR at time of hire. ▪
