Nurse Manager – Crisis Center

                                         📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ and Mesa, AZ | 📆 Schedule: Full-Time                                                   

💰 $100,000 – $130,000 annually + Full Benefits

Our model supports individuals in crisis, urgent care needs, and short-term medication stabilization. As a Nurse Manager at Mind 24-7, you will be the operational and clinical leader for our stabilization and observation units. You’ll manage the daily nursing functions, supervise clinical staff, and ensure our care delivery is safe, efficient, compliant, and patient-centered.

Your Role & Impact

• Supervise and manage nursing operations for observation and stabilization units


• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate nursing and patient care staff


• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and service delivery


• Monitor unit performance and compliance through audits and process improvement


• Oversee seclusion and restraint training and interventions


• Partner with physicians, therapists, and administrative teams to optimize care


• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and internal clinical standards


• Intervene in crises and investigate incidents when needed


• Support direct care efforts and maintain a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment


• Manage staffing budgets, operational efficiency, and resource allocation


• Participate in leadership meetings and drive site-wide clinical improvements

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted Arizona license
✔️ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
✔️ Minimum 3 years of psychiatric, behavioral health, or crisis care experience
✔️ At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience (5+ years preferred)
✔️ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
✔️ Knowledge of seclusion/restraint protocols and regulatory compliance standards
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, 24/7 care environment
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
