• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of assignment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Emergency Room setting.
• At least 1 year of recent supervisory or management experience in healthcare.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with emergency care protocols and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and team-building abilities.
