Travel ICU Nurse Manager - Ithaca - DAYS! - 4x10 or 5x8 - $65+ an hour

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing team. This will be a travel contract position in Ithaca, NY. As Nurse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the ICU, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing staff performance, and facilitating communication between nursing personnel and hospital administration. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• At least 1 years of recent leadership or managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage conflict, motivate staff, and implement policies effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
