Nurse Manager - ICU/Medical/Surgical/Telemetry

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and operational leadership across the ICU, Med/Surg, and Telemetry units
• Support and guide nursing staff, ensuring delivery of safe, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and leadership to implement best practices and improve patient outcomes
• Monitor staffing, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead by example to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability

Qualifications:

• Required:

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Recent experience in bedside patient care

• Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in a nursing leadership or management role
