Salary: $46.50 - $69.75/hour

Position Overview

Join an exceptional team as the Nurse Manager for the Progressive Care Neuro Trauma Unit (PCNT). Collaborate closely with the PCNT Director to lead a dedicated team providing top-tier care to critically ill patients. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the delivery of high-quality patient care and evaluate optimal outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient-team rounding, and patient/family satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to maintain a system of safe, quality healthcare.
• Provide leadership to support staff performance, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Licensure: Active RN license in NH or valid Compact State License.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; PCCN, TNCC, and TCAR preferred.
• Experience: 3-7 years of acute care nursing in a critical care environment, with supervisory neuro trauma experience.
