NURSE MGR-OR/ANESTH/ENDO-AMC

Assists Director in supervising and directing nursing care and all related activities of the service. Builds and develops the patient care team using staff personnel, assistance to physicians, material and equipment, education of personnel and administrative duties. Require continuing education in leadership as evidenced by attending leadership management topics. Experience: Minimum of three years hospital experience in pertinent clinical specialty (Operating Room) and 2-3 years in leadership/management/charge role required. Skills/Other: Excellent clinical, time management, communication (written & verbal) and organizational skills required. Proven skill in leadership, care management, performance improvement and SPC required.
