Nurse Practitioner

Aspen Medical is seeking expressions of interest from Nurse Practitioners for a potential upcoming opportunity in Winnemucca, NV.

• Location: Winnemucca, NV (Construction site, Occupational Health for construction operations)
• Start Date: Estimated early November
• Duration: 2.5 years
• Employment Type: W-2 or 1099

• Education:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from a state-accredited program
  • Post Graduate Occupational Health qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinic management experience (experience in remote locations a plus)
• Licensing: Must be appropriately licensed, qualified, and registered to work in Nevada
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS/ALS)
  • Mental Health First Aid Instructor (Mental Health First Aid America certification or equivalent)

• Professionalism: High level of professionalism and adaptability
• Medical Expertise: Experience in emergency medicine, triage, and treatment, along with strong emergency medical and trauma care skills
• Occupational Health Knowledge: Proven qualifications or experience in occupational health, especially in construction or industrial settings
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA)

• Employment is contingent upon the contract being awarded.
