• Conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments
• Identify and monitor chronic conditions early
• Complete visits in your local, San Diego community within 25 miles of your home

• Flexible Scheduling: Design your own schedule with full control, working a minimum of 24 hours per week spread over at least two weekdays and one weekend day.
• High Earnings: Earn up to $720 daily while working on your terms.
• Autonomy & Support: Overcome the frustrations of rigid roles and limited earning potential in traditional positions.
• Mileage Reimbursement: Receive $.55 per mile for your travels.

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) License in the state of California (additional state licenses are a plus for future telehealth opportunities)
• Registered with Medicaid
• Minimum one year of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or direct in-home health assessments
• Willingness to complete home visits within 25 miles of your home.
