• Coverage Period: July 2025 – Ongoing (depending on credentialing)

• Clinical Shift Schedule: 8a–8p, 12p–12a, 7p–7a, 9a–5p

COVERAGE DATES

• Start Date: 07/01/2025 (dependent on credentialing)

• End Date: Open (6 months to 1 year)

PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: Adults

• Patient Volume/Census: ~19/day

• Admissions: Yes

• Rounding: Included

• Phone Consults: Yes

• Case Mix: General Hospital Medicine

FACILITY INFORMATION

• EMR System: Epic

• Support Staff Available: 6 MD/DOs and 4 NPs/PAs per day

• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Rate: TBD

• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Arkansas license required

• Board: Board Certified (FNP – ANCC, AANP); Board Eligible accepted within 6 years

• DEA: Required

• Certifications: BLS/ACLS

• Experience: Experience in hospitalist settings preferred

• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide inpatient care to adult patients

• Participate in hospitalist team of 6 MD/DOs and 4 APPs per day

• Manage patient admissions and daily rounding

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Document all care using Epic EMR
