Your Role
Lead and manage the medical team to ensure seamless patient care.
Collaborate with attending physicians to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
Coordinate patient care with families and other healthcare providers.
Manage acute, chronic, and post-surgical conditions in various clinical settings.
What We’re Looking For
- Active NY Nurse Practitioner License
Experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (preferred)
Previous experience in rehabilitation and healthcare (preferred, but willing to train)
- A team player with strong communication and leadership skills

Our comprehensive team of professionals has years of experience in Geriatrics, Pain Management, Alternative Medical Treatments, Surgical and Wound care. Generally, the patient is assigned a medical team, which comes up with a treatment plan. Our physicians work closely with medical professionals such as physical and occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, dietitians, nursing teams, and social workers to provide you with specialized care targeted at your unique problems.
