About the Role

We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide urgent, high-acuity care for Brooklyn-based patients—directly in their homes. You’ll work solo (but supported), drive a fully stocked company vehicle, and make the kind of difference most jobs only talk about.

This is NOT your typical NP gig. Think: urgent care meets house calls—with the autonomy and flexibility to practice at the top of your license.

What You’ll Do

• Perform in-home clinical assessments and focused exams

• Administer treatments (IV fluids, wound care, splinting, injections)

• Order/interp. labs, EKGs, and bedside diagnostics (e.g., POCUS)

• Educate and empower patients/caregivers

• Coordinate care across teams and contribute to care planning

• Practice with a palliative and patient-centered lens

Who You Are

• Licensed NY Nurse Practitioner with BLS (ACLS a plus)

• 2+ years experience in urgent care, ED, hospital medicine, or similar

• You thrive independently and stay calm in the unexpected

• You’re passionate about delivering care where it matters most—at home

• You’re flexible and available for evenings/weekends/holidays
