Nurse Practitioner

Location: Midland, Texas

Reports To: Land Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support the day-to-day operations of our Midland Clinic. What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable care to clients and patients
   
• Oversee daily operations of the Midland MMU, including paramedics and other clinic staff
   
• Perform assessments, develop and evaluate patient care plans
   
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, IADC, and other regulatory agencies
   
• Conduct various occupational health services, including:
   
  • DOT & Non-DOT Physicals
     
  • Drug Testing & Collections
     
  • Hearing & Respiratory Testing
     
  • Functional Capacity & Return to Work Exams
     
  • Illness/injury care and pre-employment testing
     
• Participate in case reviews and recommend policy changes
   
• Ensure clinic cleanliness, staff collaboration, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Current Nurse Practitioner License
   
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience required
   
• Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Sports Medicine experience preferred
   
• Strong leadership and communication skills
   
• Ability to work independently and manage clinic operations
   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
   
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check (if applicable)
   

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

• Professional clinical and office environment
   
• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
   
• Requires both patient interaction and administrative work
