Nurse Practitioner – Cardiology Practice | Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year + Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established Cardiology office in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll provide ongoing patient care, manage follow-ups, and support cardiologists in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing cardiovascular conditions. You’ll play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment plans, track progress, and stay proactive about their heart health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, health histories, and physical exams
• Manage daily patient volume (approximately 20 patients per day)
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, stress tests, and lab work
• Assist with chronic disease management and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff on care coordination
• Document all encounters accurately in the EMR system

• MSN Nurse Practitioner Degree
• Current NYS APRN License
• DEA# (required)
• Board Certification as ANP or FNP
• Prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Cardiology, or Internal Medicine preferred

• Competitive salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year
