Nurse Practitioner

• Deliver routine and urgent medical care
  
• Conduct examinations and manage acute and chronic conditions
  
• Diagnose, treat, and prescribe within the scope of practice
  
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
  
• Administer vaccines and perform minor procedures
  
• Coordinate referrals and document care according to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction standards
  
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and care team
  

Requirements

• Active Ohio NP license - REQUIRED
  
• ANCC certification - REQUIRED
  
• DEA registration - REQUIRED
  
• CPR/BLS certification - REQUIRED
  
• 1+ year NP experience in primary care - REQUIRED
