Roseman Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services within an innovative, patient-centered and household-centered care model.

This is more than a traditional primary care role. As a key provider in our Henderson clinic, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, address whole-person health needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and contribute to the education of future healthcare professionals through our connection with the Roseman University College of Medicine.

What You'll Do

• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management across the lifespan

• Serve as a primary care provider and clinical leader within the practice

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and learners

• Address social determinants of health and coordinate patient care

• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

• Support clinical education and mentoring of healthcare students

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

• MSN from an accredited nursing program

• Nevada APRN licensure (or eligibility) with prescribing privileges

• Family Nurse Practitioner certification (AANPCB or ANCC)

• DEA registration (or eligibility) and current BLS certification

• Minimum of three years of clinical primary care (or family medicine )preferred

• Passion for collaborative, patient-centered care and community health

Salary Range: $120k-$130k
