Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Hillsboro, TX
Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities

Meridian Health Partners is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) to deliver compassionate care in post-acute/skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities in the North Texas areas.

Requirements:



  • Active Texas Medical License & DEA certification



  • 3+ years of experience in acute care, clinics, or senior care settings
