Nurse Practitioner

A multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Monroe, NY is seeking
an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a provider with strong
wound care experience who is committed to delivering excellent patient
outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess,
  diagnose, and manage acute and chronic wounds
  
• Develop
  and implement wound care treatment plans
  
• Perform
  wound evaluations and follow-up care
  
• Educate
  patients and families on wound management and healing
  
• Document
  care accurately and efficiently
  
• Work
  collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff
  

Qualifications

• Current
  and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
  
• Wound
  care experience required
  
• Strong
  clinical assessment and communication skills
  
• Ability
  to work independently in an outpatient clinic setting
