Nurse Practitioner

Aspen Medical Home is expanding including a Palliative Care Home Program!

We are searching for dynamic Nurse Practitioners to join our growing family!

As a Nurse Practitioner in our Palliative Care Services Home Program, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with advanced, life-limiting illnesses. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and social worker to address a patient's physical and emotional needs with a focus on improving their overall quality of life.

The Nurse Practitioner position will initially be offered as a PRN position for up to 20 hours a week. The goal of the program is to transition the position to full time with benefits within 90 days of completed orientation and onboarding.
