Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a passion for aesthetics, dermatology, and integrative wellness. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping clients achieve their aesthetic and health goals through safe, effective, and customized care. As a key clinical provider on our team, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, perform high-quality cosmetic procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver holistic, client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care & Clinical Services

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand each client’s aesthetic goals and health needs.
• Perform aesthetic treatments including:
• Injectables (Botox, dermal fillers)
• Laser therapies
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Skin rejuvenation procedures
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and client preferences.
• Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare, and anticipated outcomes.
• Ensure excellent procedural outcomes with a focus on precision, safety, and satisfaction.
• Monitor client progress and provide follow-up care and touch-ups as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, aestheticians, nutritionists, and mental wellness providers to ensure integrated care delivery.

Professional Practice & Standards

• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with clinical and legal standards.
• Ensure patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and technologies in aesthetic medicine and integrative wellness.
• Participate in internal training, team meetings, and continuing education to maintain high clinical standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.

Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Tennessee.

Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine and/or dermatology.

Proven expertise with injectables, lasers, and medical-grade skincare treatments.

Knowledge and interest in integrative health practices (nutrition, hormone health, wellness therapies).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.

Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working in a team-based, client-first environment.

Preferred Attributes

Certification in aesthetic procedures or dermatology (CANS, ISPAN, etc.).

Familiarity with EMR platforms and digital documentation.

Commitment to continued learning and skill advancement in wellness and aesthetics.

Experience working in private pay, concierge, or high-end aesthetic practices, preferred.
