Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Nursing Homes to fill an opening with a multi-specialty practice located in Manhattan, New York.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:NPs gather patient histories, conduct physical exams, and diagnose medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries. 
• Treatment Planning and Management:They develop and implement treatment plans, which may include prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests (like lab work and X-rays), and performing medical procedures. 
• Patient Education:NPs educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, medications, and strategies for maintaining and improving health. 
• Referrals and Collaboration:NPs may refer patients to specialists when necessary and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. 
• Prescribing Medications:NPs are authorized to prescribe medications within their scope of practice, which can vary by state. 
• Health Promotion and Disease Prevention:They play a key role in helping patients adopt healthy lifestyles and prevent illness through education and guidance. 

• Must have an active State License
• Must be Board Certified
• New Graduates are welcome

• The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 / yr.
• Sign-on bonus $5000.
