Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our on-site team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
In this position, your core responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Ordering and prescribing of medications such as Suboxone and Subutex, as well as prescribing psychiatric medications.
- Coordinating care with physicians, counselors, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintaining accurate and complete patient medical records in the EHR system.
- Providing education to patients and families on treatment, recovery, and wellness.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Kentucky
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or similar).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical skills in primary care or specialty areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
