The Role: Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to adult populations.

Requirements
o Graduation from an accredited advanced practice program.
o Current, unrestricted state license and DEA registration.
o Experience in outpatient primary care would be a plus but New Graduates will be considered.
o Proficient communication skills
o Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
o Proficiency or ability and willingness to learn Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
o BLS/ACLS certification.
o Commitment to achieving quality metrics and improving patient outcomes.
