Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. To work in internal Medicine, Geriatric and primary care, in this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. You are a Practitioner who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans

Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions

Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes

Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with supervisor

Qualifications

Currently licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician n state of California

Previous experience is preferred

Excellent interpersonal and client care skills

Compensation: $125,000.00 per year

Dr. Lara's patients have come to appreciate him for a variety of reasons, one of which is his ability to listen and explain in detail about the condition and options for treatment. Dr. Lara understands that communication with the patient is key for creating a healthier lifestyle.

After graduating and obtaining his doctoral degree from the University of El Salvador, Dr. Lara completed his internship and student residency in Internal Medicine from Los Angeles General Hospital/University of Southern California-LAC+USC Medical Center (IM). Soon after, he began his own practice in the city of Bell, CA and has been serving the community for over 20 years.

Dr. Lara's patients come from far and diverse regions such as: Texas, Oregon, Mexico, El Salvador, and Peru. He's been married to his wife of over 20 years, Marina, and has 3 children. He enjoys golfing, playing guitar, and biking.
