Job Description - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - APP - Pain Management

Full Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider) position in Hazel Crest, IL.

We are seeking a Full Time NP or PA to work at our Outpatient Pain Management Office located in Hazel Crest, Illinois!

We are an established Outpatient Pain Management Practice that specializes in treating Adult patients.

Our position requires the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work between our 3 locations in Hazel Crest, Frankfort and Chicago (Midway area).

Full Time Position is Available!

Practice Hours are: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm

Closed on the weekends!

Our Compensation is: $105K - $120K per year + Full Benefit Package.

Requirements

Active/Eligible Illinois NP or PA license.

New Grads are welcomed, we offer training and mentorship!
