We are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cancer Center Family. Phoebe's Cancer Center offers cutting-edge cancer therapies and features across 3 locations. Some features include 30+ treatment rooms, 50+ infusion chemotherapy stations, a bone marrow transplant room, interventional radiology and more. 


Responsible for patient care management, counseling, education of patients and families in collaboration with facility MD's.

Description:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assisting (Required)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years experience in supervision and independent decision making in major nursing areas (Preferred)

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES

• Required Certifications/Licensures: Nurse Practitioners Certification (NP-C) or Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) , Basic Life Support (BLS), Department Specific Certifications may be required.

• Demonstrates competency at all levels in providing care to all patients based on age, sex, weight, and demonstrated needs. For non-clinical areas, has attended training and demonstrates usage of age- specific customer service skills.

• Wears protective clothing and equipment as appropriate.
