Advanced Practice Provider (Float) – Family Medicine / Primary Care

Location: North Riverside County, CA
Compensation: $147,000 – $199,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team in a float role supporting multiple Family Medicine/Primary Care clinics across Riverside County. While this is a float position, it is a full-time opportunity with full benefits and the potential for future permanent placement at a single clinic if desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including physical exams, diagnostics, procedures, and health counseling.

• Collaborate with care teams to support positive patient outcomes and seamless continuity of care.

• Participate in clinical administration, including patient management plans, progress notes, and adherence to protocols.

• Maintain professional communication, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

• Current California NP or PA license and DEA certification.

• BLS certification (American Heart Association).

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care.

• Strong clinical skills, organizational abilities, and commitment to patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $147,000 – $199,000 annually, depending on experience.

Additional Requirements

• Must meet current vaccination requirements or have an approved exemption.

• Ability to travel between assigned clinics as part of float coverage.
