Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Littleton CO

We are looking for a motivate Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to join our outpatient private practice full-time in Littleton CO. We are looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, who enjoys helping others, is a great communicator, and a team player! Preferably the incoming Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant has a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, and has background or interest in joint injections, regen med, hormone, and IV therapies but we will provide training for the right candidate if needed.

We are a busy, integrated medical clinic located in Littleton, Colorado and have proudly served our community for almost 30 years. Our well-respected team is composed of medical doctors, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, rehab assistants, and massage therapists who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional care. We focus on getting to the root cause of health issues and strive to restore function and our patient’s quality of life.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, medical history evaluations, and orthopedic examinations.
  • Diagnose and manage health conditions in alignment with our integrated care model.
  • Supervise and administer medically necessary injections, including trigger point and joint injections, hormone therapy, weight loss, IV and vitamin injections, as appropriate
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, including MDs, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, and Rehab Assistants.
  • Educate patients on their diagnoses, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness.
  • Accurately document all patient interactions and treatment plans in our EHR system, completing notes by the end of each shift in accordance with company and insurance standards.
  • Evaluate new patients to determine candidacy for services offered and tailor recommendations to their needs.
  • Monitor patient progress, setbacks, and compliance, adjusting services accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Proactively communicate the importance of care adherence to support patient success and satisfaction.
  • Recognize and celebrate patient milestones and improvements throughout their treatment journey.
  • Actively participate in internal and external outreach efforts to support clinic growth and attract new patients.
  • Maintain current knowledge of medical practices, treatment techniques, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with both clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations and continuity of care.
  • Engage in ongoing daily training and development to continually enhance clinical skills, improve patient outcomes, and support team alignment with clinic goals.
Requirements:
  • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado
  • Minimum of 1-year clinical experience preferred
Schedule:
  • Full time 32-40 hours per week with office hours ending at noon on Fridays
Salary:
  • $120k + (depending on experience and training) plus bonus compensation paid quarterly
