Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Miami FL

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established medical office full-time in Miami FL. We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who has a passion for and potential background in functional medicine and/or holistic medicine and is highly motivated to help others in health and wellness goals. The incoming Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will play a central role in patient evaluation, treatment planning, ongoing management, and coordination of care for individuals with a wide variety of health and wellness goals. This includes direct patient care, procedural support, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Duties:

Performing patient consultations- HPI’s, focused exams, and evaluations
Ordering imaging studies
Developing and delivering individualized treatment plans/customized protocols
Learning about and promoting our modalities and therapies to patients.
Medical procedures and Treatments to include performing a variety of modalities, IV treatments, EBOOs, and different therapies
Performing re-examinations and adjusting care plans as needed
Timely and accurate documentation
Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Management of medical team

Qualifications:

Completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
NP/PA Licensed to practice in FL
Background and/or interest in functional medicine and/or holistic medicine preferred

Schedule:

Full time Mon-Fri (9-5)

Salary (range):

$150k - $180k
