SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time (preferred)
- Part-Time Option (2 to 3 days per week)
- No Evenings
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call


CLINIC HOURS:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 6:00pm
- 1-Hour Lunch Break


COMPENSATION: 
- $70 to $100 per Hour, depending on experience
- Malpractice w/ Tail Coverage
- Health / Dental / Vision
- Paid Time Off

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
This is an autonomous position in which the new provider will be the only clinician on-site, with an attentive medical director, CEO, supervising physician, and experienced providers in other offices easily accessible by phone when needed.  Full training and orientation will be provided.

The provider is supported by a dedicated medical assistant who helps in all areas, including with charting and documentation.

This is a new clinic location and, initially, the provider will see 8 to 10 patients per day, working up to a daily average of 15 to 20 visits.  

All work is routine and low-acuity, including, but not limited to:

- general all-ages primary care
- management of chronic conditions
- physicals and evaluations
- vaccinations
- sick visits
- minor injury care

The clinic uses an EHR and has a dedicated pharmacy and lab.

Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking.  The new provider must speak fluent Spanish.


REQUIREMENTS:
- California NP or PA license
- prescriptive authority
- new graduates welcome to apply
- must be fluent in Spanish
