SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time (4-day and 5-day options)

COMPENSATION:
- $135,000 to $190,000 Annual Compensation
- $110,000 to $130,000 Base Salary
- $2,000 to $5,000 per Month in Bonus Income
- Loan Forgiveness
- Malpractice w/ Tail

- $2,500 CME Allowance
- License / DEA Reimbursement

COMPANY PROFILE: 
This multi-site healthcare clinic has been serving its local community for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care.  They currently boast a staff of 8 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members, as well as visiting specialists.  Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have easy access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, minor surgical procedures, and more.  In addition to a state-of-the-art mobile health unit, they also see patients in one primary clinic and two rural satellite offices. 



POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
This is an outpatient primary care position in a rural satellite health clinic, seeing patients of all ages or an adult-only patient panel (based on provider preference and background).

Providers see an average of 22 to 25 patients per day and are supported by dedicated clinical assistants, with administrative time built into the schedule.

All work is within the area of standard primary care:

- annual check-ups
- follow-up visits
- physicals
- chronic disease management
- minor sick / injury visits

The practice uses an EHR.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona NP or PA license
- DEA
- 1+ year advanced practice experience strongly preferred
- 1+ year primary care experience strongly preferred
- new graduates considered on an individual basis
- comfort working autonomously without a physician on-site
