Job Duties:

• Patient care and management- initial medical consults and patient follow up
• Recommend tests and conducts diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and to determine appropriate treatment.
• Order Diagnostic labs/imaging (NCV/EMG)/allergy testing
• Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatments
• Order DME as needed
• Treatments to include joint and trigger point injections (peripheral nerve blocks if trained)
• Documentation - timely and accurate
• Order/refer to in house therapies as needed (Physical Therapy)
• Collaboration with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care
• Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s goals

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Unrestricted NP/PA license to practice in IL
• Experience with pain management/physical and sports medicine, with the potential to do joint and trigger point injections preferred

• Full time (Monday – Friday) Friday office hours end at 1
• No Call or Weekends!

• $120k-$150k per year (depending on experience and training)
