SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- No Evenings
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call


COMPENSATION:
- $130,000 to $150,000 Annual Income
- $120,000 Starting Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience
- Productivity Bonus Plan

Macon, Georgia


COMPANY PROFILE: 
Founded in 2017 and still growing, this private practice currently employs a team of more than 10 clinical providers and has 7 offices in the greater Macon area.  In addition to full scope primary care, they also offer services in sports medicine, nutrition counseling, medical weight loss, women’s health, and geriatric care.  They are currently hiring due to growth. 



POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
This is an outpatient sports medicine role in a multi-specialty office.  Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- physical assessments
- injections
- evaluation and treatment of sports-related injuries
- collaborate with physical therapists
- patient education
- specialist referrals

Providers see an average of 20 patients per day with dedicated support staff, including a medical assistant.

The practice uses the eClinicalWorks EHR.

Full training with the current provider (who is transferring to a different location within the practice) is available for candidates without sports medicine backgrounds.



REQUIREMENTS:
- Georgia NP or PA license
- DEA
- advanced practice experience preferred
- sports medicine experience preferred
- no experience required
